Locking: SFF-8654 shrapnel lock; SATA standard buckle. 2、 Bandwidth and Protocol: Single channel speed: SAS 4.0 24Gbps/PCIe 4.0 32Gbps. SATA end: 6Gbps per port (SATA 3.0), backward compatible with SATA 2/1. Total bandwidth: 8 × 6Gbps=48Gbps (bidirectional). Protocol compatibility: SAS 3.0/4.0, PCIe 3.0/4.0, SATA 3.0 (controller needs to support SAS → SATA mapping). 3、 Typical application: Connect LSI 9400/9500, Broadcom HBA/RAID card (SFF-8654 8x port). 1U/2U server → 8-disk SATA hard drive/backplane. High density storage JBOD, SlimSAS interface expands SATA capacity.
