Mini SAS HD internal: 36 pins, plastic casing. 2、 Electrical and Speed: Protocol: SAS 3.0 (12 Gb/s), backward compatible with SAS 2.1 (6 Gb/s) and SAS 2.0. Per channel rate: 12 Gb/s (x4 channels, total bandwidth 48 Gb/s). Impedance: 100 Ω± 10% (differential). Wire gauge: 30 AWG (common). Length: 0.5m/1m/2m (passive copper cable, generally ≤ 2m). 3、 Mechanical and Environmental: Pin: 36 pins on both ends (x4 channels). Insertion and extraction force: maximum 100 N; release force ≥ 50 N. Rated voltage: 30 V DC; Rated current: 0.5 A per pin. Temperature: 0 ° C~+55 ° C (commercial). Certification: RoHS, REACH. 4、 Typical use: Connect an external SFF-8644 port HBA (such as 9300-8e) to an internal SFF-8643 backplane/hard drive.
